鼻嗅组织移植对损伤脊髓影响的实验研究

【摘要】 目的通过嗅固有层组织移植于脊髓损伤模型,评价其治疗脊髓损伤的可能性与方法。方法成鼠胸段脊髓横断后,分别置入4~6片嗅黏膜固有层组织与培养基,手术后6周进行组织化学、免疫组织化学与电生理观察。结果嗅组织在异体脊髓内存活并与宿主组织融合,再生神经纤维穿越宿主-移植物界面进入移植区,细胞沿特定路线辐射,SEP示P1,N1波潜伏期显著缩短(P<0.01),对照组未见再生轴突。结论嗅组织改变了宿主的再生环境并促进脊髓轴突再生。

【Abstract】 Aim To make an allograft model,using the nasal olfactory lamina propria(OLP),transplanted into acute injured ra t spinal cord and try to evaluate its possibility in treating spinal cord injury.Methods A 1-2mm cord transection of the column was ma de at T 10 vertebral level,and then the transection was grafted randomly using 4-6pieces of olfactory lamina pr o-pria(Group OLP),culture medium(Group control).6weeks after surgery,histochemical,immunohistochemic al Somatosensory Evoked Potentials(SEP)were observed.Results The study showed that the grafts of OLP survive in allogenic spinal cord and fused with the host,passed through t he interface and extended into transpl anted area.The grafted cells give th e appearance of radiating out along defined paths ways.SEP assessments showed that the latency of P1,N1wave was significantly decreased in this group(P<0.01).In control no regenerative axons we re found.Conclusion This finding suggested that OLP tran splantation was able to change the re-generation environment of the host a nd promote the regeneration of axons.
