神经节苷酯对脑外伤患者神经功能恢复的影响

【摘要】 目的实验过程中发现神经节苷酯对受损神经有明显的修复作用,探讨临床工作中该药对急性颅脑外伤患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法将86例急性脑外伤患者随机分为治疗组43例和对照组43例。对照组给予脑外伤的常规治疗(包括必要的手术治疗、脱水消肿治疗和一般的神经营养药治疗等);治疗组除给予上述的常规治疗外,给予单唾液酸四已糖神经节苷酯注射液(Monosialogangliosides-1,GM-1)40mg加入生理盐水250ml中静脉点滴,1次/d。两组患者均于治疗前和治疗后第2周由专职康复医师进行格拉斯哥昏迷量表(Glascowcomascale,GCS)评定、神经功能缺损(Neuralfunctiondeficiency,NFD)评定和日常生活活动能力(Barthelindex,BI)评定。结果治疗前两组患者的GCS和NFD差异无显著性意义(P>0.01)。治疗2周后,治疗组患者的意识恢复程度、神经功能缺损改善程度和日常生活活动能力均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论唾液酸四已糖神经节苷酯能更有效地提高急性颅脑损伤患者的清醒度,促进脑外伤患者的神经功能恢复和提高患者的日常生活活动能力。

【Abstract】 Aim To study the influence of gangliosid es to the neural function recovery of acute brain injury.Methods 86cases of acute brain injury pa-tients were randomly divided into tw o groups,in which 43cases in the control group were given the regular treatment (including the necessary surgery,dehydration treatment,neural nutrition and routine rehabili tation treatment ),and the other 43cases in the treatme nt group were given a in-travenous dripping of 40mg Monosialogangliosides(GM-1)with 250ml normal saline per day except the regu lar treatment mentioned above.All patients in the two groups were evalu ated with glascow coma scale(GCS),neural function deficiency(NFD)and Barthel index(BI )by professional re-habilitation doctors before and 2we eks after the study.Results There’ s no significant deference of GCS,NFD an d BI between the two groups before the treatment,but 2weeks after the study,there’ s a significant deference of GCS,NFD and BI between the two groups.Conclusion GM-1can firmly improve the neural function and acti viti of daily live of acute brain inju rypatients.
