【摘要】 目的:H反射是脊髓学突触反射,为探讨其影响因素,在SD大鼠后肢H反射模型上观察中药强力生注射液对该反射各参数的影响。方法:用电刺激诱发大鼠后肢H反射,观察生理盐水组、实验组以及阳性对照组注射前后该反射各参数的变化。结果:生理盐水组注射前后无明显改变,实验组H/M降低(P<0.05),阳性对照组H波潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:提示强力生可能通过调节α神经元影响神经-肌肉兴奋性,与士的宁的兴奋剂作用有本质区别。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:The effects of Qianglisheng on the H reflex elicited from the hind limb of rats were investigated.METHODS: Parameters such as H wave latency,M wave latency,H wave amplitude,M wave amplitude and H/M amplitude ratio in three groups were studied. RESULTS:In showed that H/M amplitude ratio in Qianglisheng group(test group) had an obviously decrease after the injection of Qianglisheng (P< 0.05) and H wave latency of strychnine group(positive control group)had also shortened after the injection of strychnine(P< 0.01).In contrast, all parameters in saline group remained unchanged(P >0.05).Likewise, no change occurred in other parameters in Qianglisheng group and strychnine group.CONCLUSION: Qianglisheng had significant effects on the neuromuscular excitability by adjusting α motoneuron excitability, which had essential differences to the analeptic effects of strychnine.更多还原
