【摘要】 目的:回顾术后腰椎间盘炎的诊治经过,探讨术后腰椎间盘炎的诊断及防治措施。方法:对22例术后腰椎间盘炎的患者采用保守和手术治疗两种方法。结果:22例患者,17例经保守治疗、5例经手术治疗均取得良好疗效,保守治疗中,应用高压氧综合治疗可缩短疗程。结论:术后腰椎间盘炎确诊后,早期应首选保守治疗;高压氧治疗可提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To discuss the diagnosis and preventive measures on postoperative discitis of lumbar vertebrae through the treatment of 22 cases.METHODS:Treat the twenty two patients of postoperative discitis by conservative treatment or operative method.RESULTS:Seventeen patients treated by conservative treatment and five patiens treated by operative method had good prognosis.Hyperbaric oxygen colligation treatment could shorten the course in conservative treatment.CONCLUSION:After the diagnosis,conservative treatment should be adopted at first in the earlier period.
