【摘要】 目的:通过比较帕金森病(PD)患者痴呆组与非痴呆组的脑电图特点,探讨PD患者痴呆与脑电活动的关系。方法:将经临床确诊的PD患者分为痴呆组和非痴呆组,分别作脑电图(EEG)描记。结果:痴呆组EEG异常率明显高于非痴呆组(P<0.01);痴呆程度与EEG异常程度有关,痴呆组EEGα波低波幅者、低波率者、低指数者及有泛化者均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);痴呆组异常EEG快波(β)与慢波(θ,δ)出现率均高于对照组,但以θ,δ波为著(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:EEG可用以帮助判断PD痴呆的严重程度,并可作为评价PD智能状况的一个参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To compare the changes of electroencephalogram ( EEG ) in patients with dementia and non dementia Parkinson disease( PD ) . To explore the relationship between brain electrical activity and Parkinson’s dementia. METHODS:EEG were performed in patients with dementia and non dementia PD.RELULTS:The abnormality rate of EEGs was significantly higher in patients with dementia PD than those in patients with non dementia PD ( P< 0.01 ).The abnormal degrees of EEG were increased as dementia aggravated.The low waves amplitude,low waves frequency ,low indices or generalized of αwave by EEG were significantly higher in patients with dementia PD than those in patients with non dementia PD(P< 0.05 or 0.01). The detection rate of βwave ,θwave and δwave were significantly higher in patients with dementia PD than those in the patients with non dementia PD(P< 0.01 or 0.01) .CONCLUSION:The changes of EEG aid to discriminate dementia aggravated PD,and might be a indicator in judging the existence of intellectual impairment in PD .更多还原
