【摘要】 目的:癌因性疲乏是生活质量的重要评估指标,观察应用化疗辅助药物对卵巢癌患者癌因性疲乏的改善作用。方法:对36例卵巢癌癌因性疲乏患者给予化疗辅助药物治疗观察癌因性疲乏和恶病质相关症状,并与27例对照组比较。结果:癌因性疲乏和恶病质相关症状改善显著,改善率分别为28%和52%～61%。结论:应用临床化疗辅助药物有助于治疗、改善癌因性疲乏与恶病质相关症状,可提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To explore carcino fatigue symptom is important factor of evaluating quality life and observe the improvement action of carcino fatigue symptom by using chemotherapy’s adjunctive drug for ovary carcinoma patients.METHODS:Using the chemotherapy’s adjunctive drug , we treated 36 ovary carcinoma patients with carcino fatigue symptom as compared with 27 controls, and observe the related symptom of carcino fatigue and deteriorate illness.RESULTS:The new treatment for carcino fatigue was significantly different between experimental group and controls(P< 0.01).The improvement of carcino fatigue symptom for ovary carcinoma was significantly by clinical using chemotherapy’s adjunctive drug.The improvement rate of carcino fatigue and symptom correlated to deteriorate illness was 27.8%and 52.8%～61.1%respectively.CONCLUSION: Using the chemotherapy’s adjunctive drug contribute to treatment and improvement for carcino fatigue and symptom correlated to deteriorate illness and raising patients’s quality life.更多还原
