冷却塔表面温度场的理论计算
Theoretical calculations of the temperature field on the surface of a cooling tower
【摘要】 建立了冷却塔表面温度场的理论计算模型.针对三维网格的每一单元,建立了热平衡方程,其中考虑了太阳辐射、地球反射太阳的辐射、大气和地面的辐射、对流换热、表面各个单元之间的辐射及各个单元之间的热传导.采用4阶龙格 库塔法对热平衡方程组进行求解,得到了冷却塔表面的温度分布,并且分析了影响冷却塔表面温度的各种因素.
【Abstract】 The theoretical calculations model for the temperature field on the surface of a cooling tower is derived. The heat balance equation for each grid unit is found, which includes solar radiation, ground reflection, sky radiation, air convection, surface radiation and the conduction between different grid units. The RungeKutta method is used to solve the heat balance equations. Finally, the temperature field on the surface of a cooling tower is given, with an analysis of various correlative factors made.
