无缝钢管局部径向塑性成形开裂问题的解决
The Solution of Cracking Problem on the Iocally Die Shaping of Seamless Steel Pipe
【摘要】 本文针对无缝钢管在局部径向塑性成形过程中的开裂问题进行了简要的分析 ,然后改进了模具 ,通过试验表明改进的模具很好地解决了开裂问题。
【Abstract】 This paper researches the cracking lied in the local radial plastic forming of seamless pipeline. The new die has been developed in according of research result. Experiments indicate the validation of the improved method .
