【摘要】 目的　观察经尿道膀胱肿瘤电气化术 (TVBt)治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法　对15 6例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者行TVBt,其中 17例并发良性前列腺增生 (BPH)者同时行经尿道前列腺电气化术 (TVP)。结果　TVBt平均手术时间为 2 7min ,TVBt加TVP为 90min。全组未发生大出血及膀胱穿孔。术后平均留置尿管 4d。获得随访 6～ 4 0个月的 15 1例患者中复发 70例。结论　TVBt具有操作简单、出血少、恢复快等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the curative effect of transurethral electrovaporization of bladder tumor (TVBt) on superficial bladder carcinoma. Methods TVBt were performed in 156 patients with superficial bladder carcinoma. 17 patients of them had a supervention of benign hyperplasia of prostate simultaneously underwent transurethral electrovaporization of prostate (TVP). Results The mean operation time of TVBt was 27 minutes and the operation time of TVBt and TVP was 90 minutes. No hematorrhea and vesical perforation happened. The mean duration of indwelling urethral catheter was four days. 151 patients had been followed up for 6 to 40 months and in which 70 patients had recurrence. Conclusion TVBt is a simple, effective and safe surgery in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor.更多还原
