【摘要】 目的　研究朴硝及其炮制品芒硝的药理作用。方法　取小鼠及家兔进行芒硝及朴硝的泻下、抗炎、抑菌及刺激性的实验研究。结果　芒硝及朴硝均有较强的泻下作用 ,但抗炎和抑菌作用不明显 ;朴硝由于含杂质较多 ,对家兔眼结膜有一定刺激性。结论　朴硝炮制后刺激性降低 ,清热泻火作用提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to study the pharmacological of mirabilite and roast mirabilite. Methods Mirabilite and roast mirabilite were administrated to rats and rabbits for experimental studies on purgative action, anti-inflammatory action, bacteriostatic action and irritative action of mirabilite and roast mirabilite. Results Both mirabilite and roast mirabilite showed strong purgative action but no apparent anti-inflammatory action and bacteriostatic action. Roast mirabilite had a little irritative action on conjunctiva of rabbits’ eyes because of its impurity. Conclusion Processed mirabilite can lower irritative action and strengthen its heat-clearing and fire-purging action.更多还原
