【摘要】 目的　探讨异位安颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效及机制。方法　将子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为 2组 ,分别用异位安颗粒和他莫西芬治疗 ,观察两组临床疗效。结果　异位安颗粒和他莫西芬治疗子宫内膜异位症的总有效率分别为 93 .3 %和 88.8% ,妊娠率为 43 .9%和 3 2 .0 % ,复发率为 9.9%和 17.6% ,两组比较总有效率无显著性差异 ,但异位安组的治愈率则明显高于他莫西芬组 (P <0 .0 5)。异位安组长期用药未发现毒副作用 ,且能调节月经紊乱。结论　异位安颗粒可作为临床治疗子宫内膜异位症的首选药物更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to discuss the clinical curative e ff ect and its mechanism of Yiweian granule on endometriosis. Methods Endometriosis patients were divided into two groups at random. The treat ment group was treated with Yiweian granule while the control group was treated with tamoxifen. Clinical curative effects were observed in two groups. R esults Total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 9 3.3% an d 88.8% respectively. Pregnancy rates in them were 43.9% and 32.0%. Relapse rate in them were 9.9% and 17.6%. There was no difference between total effective ra tes in two groups. But the cure rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group. After long-term application of Yiweian granule, no toxic reaction and side effect was found and its regulating function on menstrua l disorder was found. Conclusion Yiweian granule can be regarded as preferred drugs for endometriosis.更多还原
