【摘要】 目的　观察菊苣提取物对高尿酸高甘油三酯血症鹌鹑血尿酸、血脂的影响。方法　通过喂饲用酵母配制的造模饲料造成鹌鹑高尿酸高甘油三酯血症复合模型 ,选择大、中、小 3种不同剂量的菊苣提取物进行药效学观察。结果　喂饲造模饲料的鹌鹑血清中尿酸 (UA)和甘油三酯 (TG)水平较正常对照组明显升高。菊苣提取物大、中、小剂量均可显著降低鹌鹑血清中的UA和TG含量。结论　菊苣提取物具有降脂降尿酸的功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the effect of Cichorii extracts on serum uric acid (UA) and blood fat of hyperuricemic complex hyperlipidemia model quail.Methods The hyperuricemic complex hyperlipidemia model quail were induced by feeding yeast. The effects of high, middle and low dosage of Cichorii extracts on models were observed.Results UA and triglyceride (TG) of models were significantly higher than normal. Different dosages of Cichorii extracts all showed decreasing UA and TG effects. Conclusion Cichorii extracts can decrease UA and TG levels.更多还原
