【摘要】 目的　探讨由沙眼衣原体 (CT)感染的宫颈炎的有效治疗方法。方法　选择 2 2 0例中、重度宫颈炎患者进行衣原体抗原直接快速免疫测定 ,将 66例CT阳性患者分为 2组治疗 ,并观察两组疗效。结果　研究组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　宫颈炎的发生与沙眼衣原体感染密切相关。用 75 %乙醇加沙棘籽油栓局部治疗及内服金刚藤糖浆合并治疗宫颈炎疗效显著 ,值得推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to explore the effective therapeutics on cervicitis infected by chlamydial trachomatis (CT). Methods Chlamydial antigen in 220 patients with moderate or severe cervicitis was examined directly and rapidly. 66 CT infected patients were divided into treatment group and control group at random. The curative effect of two group were observed. Results The curative effect of treatment group was prior to that of control group( P <0.01). Conclusion Cervicitis is closely related to infection of chlamydial trachomatis. Local treating with 75% ethanol adding to oleum fructus hippophae rhamnoides and oral medication of Jingangteng syrup is an effective therapeutics on cervicitis.更多还原
