【摘要】 目的　观察天雄口服液对小鼠适应原样作用的影响。方法　将 40只小鼠随机均分为正常组、男宝对照组及天雄口服液中、高剂量组 ,分别进行小鼠抗疲劳作用与常压耐缺氧能力测定。结果　天雄口服液中、高剂量给药组均可显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,提高抗疲劳作用 ;并可推迟缺氧条件下发生疲劳以至死亡的时间 ,提高小鼠耐缺氧能力 ,与阳性对照药男宝胶囊的作用相似 ,且天雄口服液剂量组间呈现良好的量效关系。结论　天雄口服液具有一定的适应原样作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to study the effect of Tianxiong l iquor on mouse model of Yang-deficiency. Methods 60 mice were divided into normal g roup, Yang-defici ency group, Nanbao group and Tianxiong liquor low, middle, high groups. The cura tive effect of six groups were observed and compared. Results Th e Yang-deficienc y syndromes of the mice in Tianxiong liquor low, middle and high groups, especia l the high and the middle groups, were relieved. The mobility score in 10 min of the high and the middle groups significantly increased compared with Yang-defi c iency group ( P <0.01). The effect was similar to that of Nan Bao. Con clusion Tian xiong liquor has certain effects in tonifying the kidney and invigorating Yang.更多还原
