废旧轮胎裂解塔的设计开发及操作参数优化
Design and development of parameter optimization of cracking furnace for waste tires
【摘要】 在综合分析国内外轮胎裂解设备的基础上,提出了一种节能、环保、适应性强的新型裂解塔。该塔以裂解产生的干气为热源,能灵活、方便地调节炉内温度和料块停留时间,实现轮胎料块的充分裂解。同时讨论了裂解温度、压力及裂解反应时间等操作参数的优化问题。
【Abstract】 Based on the comprehensive analysis of the typical pyrolysis equipment in the world, a novel cracking furnacewas designed, which has the features of energy-saving, pollution-free, adaptive and whose internal temperature and pressure canbe adjusted smartly to ensure the full pyrolysis of waste tires. The optimization of the performance parameters such as the pyroly-sis temperature. pyrolysis pressure and reaction time is also discussed.
