超细碳酸钙粒子形态控制研究进展
Morphology control of calcium carbonate ultra-fine particles
【摘要】 介绍了链状、立方形、纺锤形、球形、片状、针状等不同形态超细碳酸钙的制备方法,重点讨论了工艺操作条件和晶形控制剂的种类及用量对粒子形态的影响。分析了超细碳酸钙在橡胶、塑料、油墨和造纸领域的应用情况,其中链状超细碳酸钙对橡胶的补强效果好,立方形对塑料的增韧、增强效果好,片状和纺锤形对提高纸张表面的光泽度和平滑度效果好,球形和立方形对提高油墨的光泽度和透明度效果好。
【Abstract】 The preparation of ultra-fine CaCO3 with different shapes (including chain-like, cubic, spindle, sphere, flake,needle, etc. ) is reviewed. Influences on particle shapes of ultra-fine CaCO3 by process conditions, crystal control agent and itsdosage are discussed. The application of ultra-fine CaCO3 in rubber, plastics, ink and paper industries is analyzed. It is pointedout that ultra-fine chan-like CaCO3 is feasible for the reinforcing of rubber,cubic CaCO3 is practicable to improve the toughen-ing and reinforcing of plastics, while flake and spindle CaCO3, available to improve the gloss and smoothness of paper, andsphere and cubic CaCO3, also possible to improve the gloss and transparency of ink.
