手性化合物的不对称催化氢化研究进展

【摘要】 在不对称催化氢化过程中起关键作用的是手性催化剂的结构,包括手性膦配体和中心过渡金属。简介了手性膦配体的过渡金属络合物的发展历程,即从单膦配体到双膦配体,从P-手性配体到C-手性配体,从双膦铑(Ⅰ)催化剂到双膦-钌(Ⅱ)催化剂;综述了各种新型手性配体催化剂在不同不对称催化氢化(包括C=C、C=O、C=N双键)中的应用,并对其最新进展及研究方向进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 Induced by a small amount of chiral catalysts, H2 is added to the unsaturated double bond, and the chiralmolecule is efficiently obtained in this catalytic asymmetric hydrogenation. The construction of the chiral catalyst, which includeschiral phosphine ligand and central transition-metal, plays an important role in the process of catalysis. At present, using transi-tion-metal complex compound of chiral phosphine ligand as a catalyst in the asymmetric hydrogenation reaction is one of themost remarkable fields in the asymmetric catalytic research. The development of transition-metal complex compound of chiralphosphine ligand, which is from single ligand to multi-ligand, from p-chiral ligand to C-chiral ligand, from rhodium(Ⅰ)-diphos-phine ligand catalyst to ruthenium(Ⅱ)-diphosphine ligand catalyst, is introduced. The application of new chiral catalyzers in thecatalytic asymmetric hydrogenation of various unsaturated prochiral substrates containing C=Z(Z=C, N, O) double bond is alsoreviewed. New progress and researeh direction in this area are also discussed.
