超(亚)临界水氧化法在固体废物资源化中的应用
Application of supercritical(subcritical) water oxidation in the resource recycling of solid waste
【摘要】 介绍了超 (亚 )临界水氧化的特性 ,综述了国内外超 (亚 )临界水氧化法在废高分子材料、化学反应残渣、污泥等固体废物资源化、能源化中的应用。探讨了该法在降解人工合成有机高分子废物得到燃料或化工原料 ,水解纤维素、甲壳素、水产和食品加工下脚料等天然高分子得到葡萄糖、葡糖胺、氨基酸等有机物单体 ,气化有机固体废物制造氢能源 ,分解化学反应残渣回收中间原料 ,催化降解活性污泥回收石油化工产品 ,以及处理有毒有害废物等方面的应用前景和发展趋势。
【Abstract】 The characteristics of supercitical(subcritical) water oxidition are introduced.The application of supercitical(subcritical) water oxidition at home and abroad in the resource recycling of solid waste, such as waste macromolecular material, chemical reaction residues and sludge is reviewed.The prospect and development tendency of supercitical(subcritical) water oxidation is discussed in the following fields: degrading waste of synthetic macromolecular material to make fuel or chemical material;hydrolyzing natural macromolecular material, such as cellulose, chitin, fish and food processing byproducts, to gain glucose, glycosamine, amino acid, and so on;gasifying organic solid waste to get hydrogen energy;decomposing chemical reaction residues to reclaim intermediates product;catalyzing and decomposing activated sludge to reclaim petrochemicals;treating toxic and harmful waste, etc.
