【Abstract】 EU has established and perfected its legal framework of general product safety through GPSD 92/59 and GPSD 2001/95. Both directives are fine illustrations of the community’s new approach to horizontal technical harmonization, which obligates producers and distributors to place only safe products on the market. By making a comparison between the important provisions of the two directives, the thesis analyses the development of EU legal system concerning general product safety.更多还原
