【Abstract】 How to apply the criminal law on the spread of abrupt contagion, the standard of jeopardizing public security and the discrimination of deliberation and fault should be considered. In accordance with juridical explanation, it commits the crime of illegal business when forcing up commodity prices to seek exorbitant profits, since this juridical explanation is possible to come under suspicion of interference with legislative power, so it should be proper treated. A certain number of key points should be grasped and the dividing lines between related crimes should be distinguished when we apply the criminal law on terrorism crimes relate to abrupt contagion.
