【Abstract】 The key part of power market reform is the research on the ancillary services that are responsible for the security of power network in order to product the standard of the quantity of ancillary services, to compute the cost of ancillary services and help to improve the quality of ancillary services, thus the security of the whole electricity system would be guaranteed. This paper mainly collects and makes research on the new achievements and the experiences of national and international ancillary services fields in power market in recent years. This paper also presents a general study on the current services ancillary researches and based on it this paper have addressed the main develop direction of the national and international services ancillary fields.更多还原
