铁电存储器FM24C16原理及其在多MCU系统中的应用

【摘要】 FM2 4 C1 6是美国 Ramtron公司以铁电晶体为材料生产的铁电存储器 (FRAM) ,和一般的 EEPROM比较 ,其具有无写延时、超低功耗、无限次写入等超级特性 ,特别适合在那些对写入时间和次数有较高要求的应用场合 ,而且其与单片机接口电路简单 ,应用方便。本文对 FM2 4 C1 6的工作原理、应用电路及应用程序做了比较详细的介绍
【Abstract】 The FM24C16 is a 16 kb nonvolatile memory employing an advanced fe rroelectric process FRAM is nonvolatile and performs reads and writes like a RA M Unlike an EEPROM, it is not necessary to poll the device for a ready conditio n since writes occur at bus speed These capabilities make the FM24C16 ideal for nonvolatile memory applications requiring frequent or rapid writes FRAM read and write endurance is effectively unlimited at the 400 kHz twowire spee d E ven at 3 0 accesses per second to the same row, 10 years time will elapse before 10 billi on endurance cycles occur This article expatiates the elements and the typical circuit and program of appliance
