基于GPIB总线技术的计算机集成测试系统设计
Design of Computer Integrate Test System Based on GPIB Bus Technology
【摘要】 针对采集速率要求较快的测试系统 ,利用示波器具有采集频带宽、灵敏度高、抗干扰性强等优点 ,通过带有 GPIB接口的示波器采集数据 ,并同时借助虚拟仪器中 VISA的 I/ O控制功能对示波器进行操作控制 ,实现示波器与PC机之间的数据传输
【Abstract】 This paper presents that the data obtained from measurement system which requires quick sampling rate are sampled by the digital oscilloscope with GPIB interface at first because it has wide sampling frequency-range, high sensitivity, good interference rejection and so on. And at the same time, I/O function of VISA in LabVIEW acts on the digital oscilloscope and controls it to work and transfer the measured data from the oscilloscope to PC to further analyze.
