基于荧光标记的生物芯片信号检测技术

【摘要】 随着生物芯片制造技术的蓬勃发展 ,与此相适应的杂交信号检测方法也迅速发展起来 ,并有力地推动了生物芯片的完善和实际应用。其中 ,基于荧光标记的检测方法具有显色快、稳定性和重复性好等突出优点 ,普遍用于生物芯片的研究中。本文介绍了荧光标记的生物芯片杂交信号检测方法及原理系统 ,并比较和分析了不同检测法所具有的特点。

【Abstract】 With the vigorous development of the manufacture technology of biochip, the hybrid signal detecting technique has made a great advance and promoted the performance improvement and signal detecting technique has made a great advance and promoted the performance improvement and application of the biochip Among that, the method of signal detecting technique of biochip based on the fluorescence sign is applied in the research of the biochip because of its character of high degree of stability,good repetition and fast coloration Introduces the principle and method of signal detecting technique of biochip based on the fluorescence sign by the numbers, and analyzes and compares the different characters of the various detecting methods
