【摘要】 目的:提高临床对颈静脉扩张症的认识。方法:回顾性分析3例颈静脉扩张症的临床资料并复习相关文献。结果:手术治疗2例,分别随诊2年和4年,均取得满意疗效,无任何并发症发生;1例未手术,随访2年,病情无明显变化。结论:综合临床表现和超声检查可明确诊断;对于颈内静脉扩张,可采用颈内静脉纵行缩缝加包裹术。更多还原

【Abstract】 To improve the recognition of jugular phleectasia in children. Methods: The clinical data of 3 cases of jugular phlebetasia were retrospectively analyzed with review of the literature. Results: 2 cases underwent surgery obtained satisfactory results, no complications were found who were followed up 2 and 4 years respectively. 1 cases didn’t change without operation was followed up 2 years. Conclusion: Using particular examination might exactly diagnose jugular phlebetasia. The longitudinal plication and wrapping of phlebetasia might treat lesions in the internal jugular vein.更多还原
