【摘要】 目的:总结后入路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位的临床经验。方法:对83例胸腰椎骨折脱位,在C型臂透视下行后入路椎弓根螺钉内固定术。结果:术后切口均一期愈合,61例骨折椎体高度全部恢复,19例基本恢复,3例过度撑开;随访6个半月～9年,使用Dick内固定器的4例有5枚螺钉断裂,1例1枚松动,无脱出;63例不全瘫均有不同程度的恢复,其中41例恢复至E级。结论:该手术入路简捷,使骨折脱位脊柱的“三柱”贯通一体,复位满意,固定可靠,是治疗胸腰椎骨折的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the clinical experience in the treatment of fracture and dislocation of thoracolumbar vertebrae by posterior pedical screw. Methods: There were 83 cases with fracture and dislocation of thoracolumbar vertebrae and internal fixation were performed by posterior pedical screw through C-type X-ray machine. Results: All cuts were healed primarily after operation. The vertebral height was completely restored in 61 cases, basically restored in 19 cases and was excessively braced in 3 cases. Followed for 6.5 months to 9 years, 5 screws were broken and 1 became flexible in 4 cases by Dick’s systems. 63 cases of paraplegia were improved, 41 of which were completely recovered. Conclusion: The approach of this method was simple, can make the three columns of thoracolumbar spine with fracture and dislocation stabilized, with comfortable reduction and stable internal fixation. It might be an effective method for thoracolumbar fracture.更多还原
