【摘要】 目的:报告钝伤性黄斑裂孔的自行性愈合。方法:观察一个18岁男学生,右眼被足球击伤后,黄斑中央区可见形成一类圆形视网膜全层裂孔治疗预后。结果:视力降至0.1,给予保守治疗,3月后复查发现裂孔已自然愈合,形成瘢痕。结论:一些外伤性黄斑裂孔存在自行愈合的可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To report a case of spontaneous heal of traumatic macular hole. Material and methods: A young man, 18 year-old, whose right eye was hit by football was found and analyzed. Results: The macular hole in his injury eye had closed up after 3 months of contusion. Conclusion: There may be possible of spontaneously healing in some cases with traumatic macular hole.更多还原
