单层人羊膜对颜面创面保护作用的临床观察

【摘要】 目的:为了探讨经γ射线辐射的单层人羊膜作为生物敷料用于颜面创伤创面的临床治疗的有效保护作用。 方法我们对颜面105个创伤创面对照贴敷人羊膜和油纱条,进行临床观察治疗。 结果 我们发现颜面浅Ⅱ度创面用人羊膜治疗侧比用油纱条治疗侧平均提前愈合4天-5天;颜面深Ⅱ度创面用人羊膜治疗侧比用油纱条治疗侧平均提前愈合5天-6天。 结论我们认为将新鲜人羊膜去除绒毛膜后,再将羊膜层干燥,修剪成型,制成不同规格的单层薄膜,再经γ射线辐射而成的单层辐射人羊膜(简称羊膜),在用于颜面创伤创面的临床治疗时,在防止创面感染,缩短创面的愈合时间,降低颜面瘢痕畸形的发生,保护颜面皮肤的正常弹性和美观等诸多方面都比使用油纱条要优越、有效,具有良好的颜面创伤创面保护作用和治疗作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effective protective function of single-layer gamma ray radiation-treated human amnion ,a kind of biological dressing, on facial wound surface after clinical treatment. Method: We had clinically applied human amnion and oil gauze to 105 facial wounds respectively for better comparison and observation. Result: We observed that by applying human amnion to treatment, the facial wounds with shallow II degree healed four to five days earlier than those under normal treatment .That was also true to the wounds with severe II degree which healed five to six days earlier. Conclusion:The single-layer radiation-treated human amnion could be obtained after erasing trichoid membrane, drying amnion layer, shaping, grouping them into different specifications, then giving gamma-ray radiation. When applying such human amnion to the clinical treatment of facial wounds, it proved to be more effective and superior to normal techniques in various aspects; Such as preventing infection, shortening healed period, reducing the chances of facial deformity, protecting elasticity and beauty of facial skin. Above all, it really played an effective role in facial wounds surface protection and treatment.
