【摘要】 目的:对肝动脉栓塞后,门静脉分支对肝癌的营养情况进行观察。方法:将BrdU注入24例肝癌病人将被切除肝 段的门静脉分支内,标本用BrdU单克隆抗体进行免疫组化染色,然后用标记指数(L1)分析,同时检测被标记的S-期细胞分布。结果:TAE(动脉导管栓塞)室病人的L1值比没有TAE的病人高五倍,有显著差别(P<0.001=,标记的细胞不仅分布在肿瘤的周边部分还分布在中心部分。结论:在TAE后的阶段,门静脉对残存的肝癌的血供发挥主要的作用.肝癌切除后的化疗不仅通过肝动脉而且应通过门静脉.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To examine the changes in the nourishing vessels in HCC after TAB. Methods: BrdU was infused intraoperatively in 24 patients with HCC(12 without TAB and 12 post-TAE patients)directly into the portal branch feeding the region to be resected, specimens were prepared for immunohistochemical staining using BrdU monoclonal antibodies and analyzed using the labeling index (LI). The distribution of the labeled S-phase cell was also examined. Results: The LI in post -TAB patients was about five times higher than patients without TAB, with a significant difference at P<0.001. Labeled cells were distributed not only peripherally but in the central part of the tumor. Conclusions: Some HCC cells were nourished by the portal blood flow directly throughout the viable tumor mass, which may act as the main blood supplier during the period after TAB . After resection of HCC, the use of chemotherapy via not only the hepatic artery but also the portal blood flow was important.更多还原
