【摘要】 本文针对思想政治教育,从针对性、系统性、创造性三个方面提出提高管理队伍素质的建议。

【Abstract】 This essay puts forward some suggestions of improving administrative ranks’ quality from the three aspects of direction, system and creativity in the eduction of thinking and politics.
