【Abstract】 This paper sums up the definition of corruption at home and abroad. It further gives a qualitative analysis and points out that corruption includes three elements, i.e., the subject of corruption is national public power groups, corruption breaks or abandons the regulations and rules for public power groups, and the ultimate goal of corruption is to gain illegal personal interests.更多还原
