山葵叶片愈伤组织诱导分析
An Induced Analysis on the Healing Tissues in Eutrema Blades
【摘要】 MS基本培养基中加入BA与2.4-D和BA与NAA的比例均为1:3时的培养基配方叶片成愈率分别为46.8％和45.6％,在MS+BA0.5+2.4-D1.5和MS+BA1+NAA3的培养基中成愈率分别达87.5％和71％。
【Abstract】 If we put the substratum formula of BA and 2.4-D, BA and NAA in a ration of 1 to 3 in MA basic substratum, the healing rate of blades is 46.8% and 45.6% respectively, but in MS+BA0.5+2.4-D1.5 and MS+BA1+NAA3, the healing rate is 87.5% and 71.0% respectively.
