【摘要】 介入治疗具有微创、准确、疗效显著以及副作用少等特点。近十多年来 ,介入治疗在恶性肿瘤的治疗中得到了广泛的应用。近几年来 ,我国的中医药被引入介入治疗之中。本文从实验研究和临床研究两个方面对中医药在肿瘤介入治疗中的应用进行了综述。将中药制剂应用于肿瘤的介入治疗之中 ,或把中医药作为肿瘤介入治疗的一种辅助手段 ,在提高肿瘤的临床疗效、控制或减少毒副作用以及并发症等方面均起到了积极的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Interventional therapy is characterized by mini-inv as ion, accuracy, obvious curative effect and little side effect. In China, interve ntional therapy has been applied widely in the treatment of malignant carcinoma in recent 10 years. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) also has been adopted in the interventional therapy in recent years. This article reviews the history,st atus quo and prospect in interventional treatment of carcinoma with traditional Chinese medicine in experimental and clinical domains in recent years. Intervent ional therapy combined with TCM preparation directly or TCM therapy as a supplem entary method of interventional therapy for carcinoma has played an active role in improving clinical curative effect, controlling and reducing toxic side effec t and complications.更多还原
