【摘要】 目的　研究健脾活血解毒中药抗胃癌术后转移的作用及其对血黏度、免疫功能的影响。方法　 72例胃癌术后患者分为治疗组 (健脾活血解毒中药配合化疗 ) 42例 ,对照组 (单纯化疗 ) 3 0例。结果　治疗组的术后复发率和转移率均低于对照组 ,Karnofsky评分、血黏度和免疫功能均较对照组有改善 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　健脾活血解毒中药具有较好的抗胃癌术后复发和转移的作用 ,并且能改善患者的生活质量、降低血黏度、提高免疫功能更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the effect of Jianpi Huoxue Jied u( JPHXJD) prescription on prevention of the postoperative metastasis of gastric ca ncer and to observe the changes of immunity and whole blood viscosity after trea tment. Methods JPHXJD prescription and chemotherapy were administ ered to the treated group for 12 successive months, while only chemotherapy was given to the control group. ResultsThe effective rate of anti-me tastasis in the treated group was obviously better than that in the control grou p. In the aspects of enhancing Karnofsky scores, reducing whole blood viscosity and improving immunity after treatment, the treated group was better than the co ntrol group(P <0.05). ConclusionJPHXJD prescription combin ed with chemotherapy shows apparent effect on anti-metastasis. It can improve t he quality of life of the patients, lower the whole blood viscosity and improve the immunity function.更多还原
