扬稻6号谷壳生长动态及其影响因素的研究
Dynamic Change and Influencing Factors of Hull Size in Yangdao 6,a Rice Variety
【摘要】 盆栽条件下 ,以扬稻 6号为供试品种 ,设计不同处理改变谷壳形成期植株的营养水平 ,研究其对谷壳生长的影响。结果表明 ,谷壳伸长、增宽过程符合“S”型曲线 ,可用Richards方程进行拟合 (R2 =0 .996 4 ~ 0 .9997 ) ;生长曲线中以快增期的生长速度和生长量为最大 ,以缓增期的生长持续时间为最长 ,谷壳增宽较伸长稍为滞后 ;谷壳的长度和宽度主要取决于谷壳快增期生长速度 (V2 )及最快生长速度 (Vm) ;V2 、Vm 与谷壳形成期植株的含氮率呈二次曲线关系 (R =0 .92 18~ 0 .975 6 ) ,与可溶性糖和淀粉的含量呈线性正相关 (r=0 .870 3~ 0 .9895 ) ;施用分蘖肥或改善土壤通透性 ,能显著增加谷壳的长度和宽度 ,过多施用穗肥或减数分裂期光照不良、水分供应不足均使谷壳长度变短、宽度变窄。
【Abstract】 Pot experiments were carried out in Yangzhou university with Yangdao 6, a rice variety as materials. With different treatments(check, tiller promoting, tiller promoting + sand-adding, tiller promoting + spikelet promoting+ spikelet sustaining, tiller promoting + spikelet promoting+ spikelet sustaining + Shading +water stress, respectively) for changing nutritious level of plant during hull formation stage, characters of hull growth and its cause were studied. Main results obtained were as follows: The dynamic changes of hull length and width of Yangdao 6 could be described with the Richards equation( R 2=0.9964 ** -0.9997 ** ); the whole growth stage of hull could be divided into three stages. It was found that the hull growth rate and growth amount ranked first during the middle growth stage and hull growth duration ranked first during the late growth stage. The growing of hull width was a little bit slower than that of hull length; ultimate length and width of hull were mainly subjected to hull growth rate during the middle growth period ( V 2) and maximum hull growth rate ( V m ); relationship between V 2 and V m and nitrogen content in the plant during hull formation stage could be simulated by quadratic equation with correlation coefficient of 0.9218-0.9756 *, while that between V 2 and V m and content of soluble and insoluble carbohydrates in the plant during the same period could be simulated by linear equation with correlation coefficient of 0.8703-0.9895 ** . Comparison with no treatment (CK), employing tiller promoting fertilizer or sand-adding treatment would redound to hull length and width, while employing excessive spike fertilizer or shading and water stress treatments during hull formation stage would result in obvious decrement of hull length and width.
