杂交中稻发根力与抽穗开花期抗旱性关系的研究

【摘要】 以 2 3个杂交中稻品种为材料 ,研究了杂交中稻发根力与抽穗开花期抗旱性的关系。结果表明 ,4叶期和分蘖盛期及以前发生的根为下层根 ,主要分布于土壤表层下 10~ 30 cm区域 ,当稻田受旱时 ,该区域的土壤含水量相对比土壤表层下 10 cm以内的高 ,以致 4叶期和分蘖盛期的发根力分别与品种自身抽穗开花期植株含水量和抗旱性呈极显著正相关。可将 4叶期和分蘖盛期的发根力作为选育或筛选杂交中稻强抗旱性品种的参考指标。

【Abstract】 The relationship between rooting ability and drought resistance at fulling head as investigated via 23 mid-season rice hybrids. The results showed that the roots grown before the stages at 4 th leaf emergence and at top tillering were mainly distributed in 10~30 cm depth soil, and the moisture content of the soil was higher than that in 0~10 cm depth soil when the paddy field was drying. So the highly significantly positive correlations were observed between the rooting ability at 4 th leaf and at top tillering and the moisture content of plant and the drought resistance at full heading. The rooting ability at 4 th leaf and at top tillering can be used as selection criterion in rice breeding for drought resistance.
