两个玉米自交系在种子老化过程中的生理特性和种子活力变化的研究

【摘要】 以两个玉米自交系 (Mo17、 4 78)种子为试材 ,通过人工加速老化的方法 ,进行了种子老化过程中活力变化与生理特性的研究。结果表明 :(5 8℃± 1℃ )热水处理玉米种子的发芽指标和活力指标均随老化时间的延长而降低。电导率、MDA随种子老化程度的加剧而升高。并和各发芽指标、活力指标呈显著的负相关。脱氢酶、淀粉酶与各发芽指标呈显著正相关。老化种子萌发 1天的种子胚酯酶同工酶比芽期酶带丰富、清晰。Mo17种子有 3条酶带 (Rf值为0 .4 4、 0 .77、 0 .80 )在老化 30分钟时消失。 4 78在靠近正极 Rf值为 0 .72、 0 .78的两条弱带在老化 2 5分钟时消失。

【Abstract】 Seeds of two maize inbreds(Mo17, 478)were used to investigate the physiological characteristics and germination activity changes in their artificial ageing course. The results showed: after treated with hot water of 58℃±1℃, the germination index and activity index of the seeds decreased as the treating time extension; but the conductance rate and MDA content increased. The correlations between conductance rate, MDA content and the germination index, activity index were negative and that between dehydrogenase, amylase and all germination indexs were positive. Three bands (Rf=0.44? 0.77? 0.80) of esterase in Mo17 seed disappeared after aging 30 minutes and two bands (Rf=0.72? 0.78) in 478 seed disappeared after aging 25 minutes.
