【摘要】 目的　调查了解卖淫妇女艾滋病 (AIDS)相关的知识、态度和性行为变化情况 ,为制定和评估AIDS预防控制策略和措施提供依据。方法　采用二阶段整群抽样的方法 ,运用统一调查问卷 ,采用面对面的调查方法 ,连续2年在相同的 2个城市 ,对娱乐场所内的卖淫妇女进行调查。结果　 2 0 0 0、2 0 0 1年分别调查了 4 11、385名卖淫妇女 ,卖淫妇女对AIDS传播途径知晓率有显著提高 ;对安全套预防AIDS、经性传播的态度和信念有明显转变 ;在个人求医态度方面 ,自己购药的比例有明显的下降 ,由 2 0 0 0年的 2 0 2 %下降到 2 0 0 1年 9 9% ;最近 1次与固定性伙伴安全套的使用率由 2 0 0 0年的 4 1 1%提高到 2 0 0 1年的 4 9 6 % ,但与非固定性伙伴和最近 3次与固定、非固定性伙伴的性行为中 ,安全套的使用率无显著变化。结论　卖淫妇女在性行为中安全套的使用率低 ,需要进一步加强宣传和干预更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand change of the HIV/AIDS knowledge,attitude and risk behavior in CSWs in Anhui Province.Methods CSWs were investigated face-to-face with the same questionnaires,including their basic knowledge,attitude and behavior for HIV/AIDS,and the survey was followed up with quality control in the two cities in 2000 and 2001.Results A total of 411 and 385 CSWs were interviewed in 2000 and 2001.The level of knowledge had significantly increased,the attitude and belief with condom use were more significantly changed in 2001 than in 2000,and condom use was not significantly changed in their sex activities with nonregular partners and their last three sex activities with regular or non-regular partners,but the condom use rate in their last sex activities with regular partners increased from 41.1% in 2000 to 49.6% in 2001.Conclusions These data showed that condom use was lower in CSWs,and health education and behavior intervention should be prompted.更多还原
