【摘要】 目的　了解农村基层妇产科工作人员对普遍性防护原则的知识、态度和行为。方法　采用半结构式问卷对安徽省 2个县的县级和乡级卫生机构妇产科所有在岗工作人员进行横断面调查。结果　在 137名妇产科工作人员中 ,5 9(43% )人没听说过普遍性防护原则 ,17人 (12 % )知道污染针头刺伤后有感染艾滋病病毒 (HIV)的可能性 ,72人 (5 3% )认为自己有可能遇到感染了HIV的病人 ,5 4 (39% )人检查病人时每次都戴手套 ,82人 (6 0 % )检查病人前后每次洗手 ,5 9人 (43% )曾被针头和其它锐利器具刺伤 ,4 3人 (31% )曾被病人分泌物溅入眼鼻口中。结论　基层妇产科工作人员对普遍性防护原则的了解程度有限 ,对职业暴露的危险性认识不足 ,存在着明显的职业暴露现象 ,应加强对医务人员的职业防护 ,控制血源性疾病的医源性传播途径更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To identify t he level of knowledge,attitude and behavior(KAP)of adopting general protective measures among gras s-root health workers in departmen ts of obstetrics and gynecology(gr ass-root ob-gyn workers) Methods A cross-sectional survey was conduct ed in two counties in Anhui provin ce using self administered semi-st ructured questionnaires Results Among 137 grass-root ob-gyn workers, 59 people(43%)never heard of gener al protective principles,17 par ticipants(12%)knew about the risk of injuries by infected needles,72 people(53%)thought of the possibil ity of meeting patients with HIV i nfection,54 people(39%)wore gloves every time when they examined pati ents,82 subjects(60%)washed hands every time before and after they e xamined patients,59 people(43%)had accidental needle stick injuries a nd 43 people(31%)had accidental sp ray of patients’blood or other bod y fluids to eyes,noses or mouths Conclusion The survey showed that t he grass-root ob-gyn workers in An hui province had limited knowledge ,and displayed negative attitude and inappropri ate behaviors regarding general pre cautions and self protection Occupational protection shou ld be strengthened cunong health workers in order to control all iatragenic infections of blood transmitted diseases.更多还原
