【摘要】 目的　探索性病病征流程图在山区县医疗单位应用的可行性和有效性。方法　使用世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐并结合中国实际修订的 3种常用性病病征流程图 ,按照病征处理要求选取有效病例 ,并进行处理和观察。结果　累计观察 1 2 50例 ,其中男性尿道分泌物病征 476例 ,女性阴道分泌物异常 52 8例 ,生殖器溃疡 2 4 6例 ,按性病病征流程图给予相应治疗 ,治愈率分别为 83 1 9%、67 61 %、56 91 % ,总的治愈率为 71 44% ,有效率97 68%。结论　经中国修订的 3种常见性病病征流程图适合在山区县医疗单位应用 ,但女性阴道分泌物异常病征还有待完善 ,性病疫情报告也有待于有关部门协调统一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility and efficacy of STD symptomatic treatment regime or flow chart used in health facilities in mountainous counties/cities Methods The WHO recommended regime or flow chart was tailored to be applied in China to treat three common STDs STD cases were selected,treated and followed up according to requirement for symptomatic management Results A total of 1250 cases were observed,among which 476 cases had male urethral discharge syndromes,528 had female vaginal discharge syndromes and 246 had genitals ulcer All cases were treated through the flow charts used for the treatments of STD syndromes,and the respective cure rates were 83 19%,67 61% and 56 91% The total cure rate was 71 44% and the effective rate was 97 68% Conclusion The flow charts used for the treatments of three common STDs and modified by our country are suitable to be used in health facilities in mountainous counties and cities But for female vaginal discharge syndromes,the flow chart needs to be perfected and reports for STD cases need to be coordinated to reach consistency更多还原
