【摘要】 目的　探讨在娱乐场所服务人员中开展艾滋病 (AIDS)健康教育方案 ,遏制AIDS病毒 (HIV)经性途径的传播。方法　多部门协作对娱乐场所服务人员开展预防AIDS健康教育。结果　经健康教育后 ,研究对象对AIDS传播途径、预防方法和正规求医行为知晓率从 2 8 2 6%、45 78%和 5 7 3 9%分别上升为 95 0 2 %、96 99%和78 0 9% ,最近 1周每次性行为都用安全套的频率从 3 8 88%上升为 76 0 1% ,患性病加大感染HIV危险的认识从61 12 %上升为 96 0 0 %。结论　多部门配合在娱乐场所开展预防AIDS健康教育效果好 ,能增加各有关部门的预防意识和责任感 ,起到齐抓共管的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the HIV/AIDS health education program among service personnel in entertainment settings to control and prevent HIV/AIDS through sexual transmission.Methods To carry out HIV/AIDS health education among service personnel in entertainment settings through multisectoral approaches.Result The correct answer rate for three transmission routes of HIV was increased from 28.26% to 95.02%,that for HIV/AIDS prevention was raised from 45.78% to 96.9%,and that for medical care seeking behavior was up from 57.39% to 78.09%; the proportion of consistent use of condom in the latest week was up from 38.88% to 76.01%,and the correct answer rate for HIV infection by sex was up from 61.12% to 96.00%.Conclusion It is more effective to strengthen HIV/AIDS health education among persons working in entertainment settings through multi-sectoral approaches,and to raise the awareness of and responsibility for preventing HIV/AIDS in sectors concerned.更多还原
