【摘要】 速度控制对塑件的质量影响很大。以80C552单片机为控制器,对注射速度进行采样并经A/D转换输入单片机,经误差运算后,控制指令由D/A转换输入流量比例阀,从而实现了对注射速度的闭环控制。同时用变速积分PID控制算法进一步对速度进行分级控制,改善了速度控制的性能,提高了塑件质量。更多还原
