【Abstract】 The lower reliability of electronic energy saving lamp is the main cause which precludes its from widely application. The statistic analysis to the failing products is one of the most efficient way to find its problem in aspects of design,production and use. This method may much improve the quality and reliability of the lamp. The article researches it by using “Independent Failure” statistic analysis and the method of how to improve its design is suggested.更多还原
