变异黄芪中苦马豆素的分离与鉴定

【摘要】 变异黄芪经甲醇热回流提取,浸膏用稀盐酸溶解,氯仿萃取除杂质,然后用氢氧化钠调pH值至9~11,依次用氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取。正丁醇萃取物经硅胶柱层析进行分离、纯化,得到一种白色针状晶体25.3mg。通过熔点和IR、MS、1HNMR、13CNMR等鉴定其化学结构,确定为苦马豆素。

【Abstract】 The residue was extracted by hot methanol from A.variabilis Bunge powder,acidified with thin HCl and filtrated to give acid liquid.The acid liquid was extracted with CHCl3 to remove impurity.Then,its pH was adjusted to 9-11 with NaOH to give basic liquid.The basic liquid was extracted with CHCl3,ethyl actate and n-butanol successively ,and recovered the solvents.The constituents in n-butanol part were isolated on silica gel column chromatography,and obtained a white crystal (25.3 mg).The chemical structures were identified as swainsonine by means of MP and IR,MS,1HNMR,13CNMR.
