【Abstract】 According to the achievements in the field,this paper reviewed the current four methods of virus-free in fruit trees:physical therapy,chemotherapy,shoot-tip culture and transgenic technique,and introduced the manipulative process and their characteristics.In addition,it was figured out that antivirus drugs developing and techniques of transgene would be the main research fields of virus-free in the future. 更多还原
