普通小麦-大麦异附加系的分子生物学技术鉴定
Molecular cytogenetics identification of wheat-barley alien additional lines
【摘要】 用植物染色体C-分带和小麦种子HMW-GS电泳技术,对普通小麦-大麦异附加系进行了鉴定。结果表明,异附加系WB9905和WB9912含有大麦的5H染色体,异附加系WB9906含有大麦的2H染色体。小麦种子HMW-GS电泳结果表明,异附加系WB9905,WB9912和易位系WB9917含有大麦HMW-GS的特征带。
【Abstract】 A series of wheat-barley alien additional lines were identified by C-banding and SDS-PAGE.C-banding analysis indicated that the alien additional lines of WB9905,WB9912 had the 5H chromosomes of barley,the alien additional lines of WB9906 included the 2H chromosomes.SDS-PAPGE showed that the alien additional lines of WB9905,WB9912 and the alien translocation lines of WB9917 had the HMW-GS marker of barley.
