【摘要】 结合近年来RAPD标记研究中存在的一些技术问题,详细分析了影响RAPD标记可重复性和稳定性的几种因素,包括引物的种类、长度、浓度,DNA的质量和浓度,扩增条件以及操作技术等。并结合研究工作,说明了在进行生物遗传分析时,必须进行RAPD方法的优化和标准化,才能够得到可靠、正确的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,some factors having influence on reproducibility and stability of RAPD marker were analyzed in the combination of some existing problems of RAPD marker research in recent years.Those factors included sort,length and concentration of primers,quality and concentration of DNAs,conditions of amplification as well as manipulative techniques and so on.It was indicated that optimization and standardization of RAPD method is a precondition in genetic analysis of organisms,so that reliable and accurate results can be obtained.更多还原
