秦川牛及其杂种牛肉用性能的RAPD标记
RAPD marker of beef performance of the Qinchuan yellow Cattle and its hybrid
【摘要】 应用 RAPD技术对秦川牛及其杂种牛进行了遗传多样性和屠宰性能 (宰前重、胴体重及净肉重 )的遗传标记研究 ,结果表明 :1F0 9和 CY0 814两条引物共扩增出 13条 DNA条带 ,平均多型条带频率 0 .6 92 ,其中F0 9引物的多型条带频率为 0 .5 714 ,CY0 814引物的多型条带频率为 0 .8333。 2对肉用性能 RAPD标记时 ,CY0 814引物 D带的 1型与 0型对宰前重的效应值离差为 2 2 .17kg;F0 9引物的 A带 0型与 1型对胴体重和净肉重的效应值离差分别为 14 .32和 11.36 kg。3在多条带组合效应分析中 ,CY0 814引物的 ABCD组合对宰前重的效应值最大 (32 .2 kg) ,大于群体均值 1个表型标准差 ;F0 9引物的 EFG组合对胴体重的效应值为 12 .5 3kg;CY0 814引物的 BC组合对净肉重的效应值为 12 .13kg。
【Abstract】 Genetic varity and butcher performance (live weight/carcass weight/beef weight) of Qinchuan yellow cattle and its hybrid were analyzed by RAPD marker.The results showed that:① 13 DNA bands were amplified by the primer of F09 and CY0814,the frequency of polymorphic bands were separately 0.571 4 and 0.833 3 with an average of 0.692.② The relationship between amplified DNA bands and beef performance was showed,the residual quality of LSE between 1 type and 0 type of CY0814 D band was 22.17 kg on live weight trait;the ones of LSE between 1 type and 0 type of F09 primer were 14.32 kg on carcass weight trait and 11.36 kg on beef weight trait.③ The effect of multi bands combined was studied,the LSE of ABCD combined type of CY0814 primer (32.2 kg) was higher than average about one standard deviation of this population,the LSE of EFG combined type of F09 primer was 12.53 kg on carcass weight and the ones of BC combined type of CY0814 primer were 12.13 kg on beef weigh.
