【Abstract】 Along with the macro development of the west region, to increase the farmer′s income in the west of China, and to adjust agricultural structure and, to promote the farmer′s and agricultural income growth, it has been the first matter to realize the strategy of basal richness completely. This paper analyzed the potency, status, and action of developing clover industrilization in the process of agricultural structural adjustment in west region, it was advised to develop the industrialization of alfalfa, to widen it′s proportion in agriculture production, and to advance the development of the rural economics, which it would be a certain choice to increase the agricultural income, and innovate upon economy in the northwest region.更多还原
