不同种质材料对杂交后代过氧化氢酶活性的遗传效应
Genetic Effects of Various Germplasms on CAT Activity of Hybrid Later Generation
【摘要】 以具有不同温度类型的种质材料为亲本,采用6×6完全双列杂交模式配宜杂交组合,对其杂交F1、F2代的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性进行了分析。结果表明,以冷型小麦为亲本配置的杂交组合,其F1、F2的CAT活性均表现出相对于以高温种质为亲本的F1和F2的优势,特别是灌浆成熟后期至末期更为明显。F2代是一个分离世代,以冷型小麦为亲本的F2代CAT活性总体水平表现较优,也意味着F2代中生理性能较优的单株比较多,从而在F2代中选出生理活性和抗逆性较优的单株的几率较大。
【Abstract】 Using the various germplasm with different temperature type,the change of CAT activity of F1 and F2was studied by 6x6 completely dual in-line hybrid. The results showed that CAT activity of F1 and F2 which used cold wheats as parents to deploy hybrid unite take advantage over that of which generation of warm wheats in the whole period of milk. Especially in the later period of milk,the superiority is more manifest.F2 is a separating period,the whloe level of CAT activity of F2 used cold wheats as parents showed more obvious superiority . This means that there are many good physiological characters of plants. Therefore, selecting ratio of good physiological characters and resistance of plants is higher.
